Cooking is good for the soul. Even if you do it just for yourself. Note that bamboo cutting boards are hard on knives. Though i still use one anyway.

The bamboo cutting board is used for serving food on, I don't cut on this (phew, good job as well after reading your message!). Totally agree about cooking being good for the soul!

Does the serrated blades need sharpening often?

I’ve not had to sharpen them in the year I’ve used them. All still very dharp
