We Learned About Dollarization in Ecuador at This Super Interesting Museum of Money!

In the year 2000, after a period of hyper-inflation, Ecuador dollarized their economy. Today, the USD is the official currency. While Ecuador's Central Bank doesn't have the same responsibilities that it had before dollarization, it is still an institution integral to the Ecuadorian economy. And, they have a super nerdy cool museum of currency here in Cuenca. Let's go see all the cool old money and learn something!
