Hi! I want to share the link for the entire season of Winter Golf Project. Here it is! ➫ ruclips.net/p/PL0uaI4r3925SEjSGuyuWaTE8unpmjsqnx (한국어 Korean 버전 ➫ ruclips.net/video/eJuAjfX32Gc/видео.html)
I'm so glad you covered this because nobody else talks about this part of the swing! I have always struggled with my follow-though and I know it has adversely affected my swing and ball striking in many ways. It's super annoying! I hope this helps me gain that proper feeling so I can finally swing through properly. Thanks!
When you mentioned New Zealand, I thought, wow, I didn't know that. It made me think it would be nice if you did a vlog describing your golfing journey. Thx!
Just have to say thank you for a great series, know I just have to get down to the gym and to the driving range and practice, hopefully a better season 😁
Images are so important in learning and playing good golf and yours are excellent! I learned that drill by having the image of a long scarf on and throwing it over my left shoulder on the follow-through. I still use it today...Thanks for a very useful lesson, and now, I've been Aimeefied!!!🎉
It’s really helped by this thought, it’s helping me to get away the confusion of either left forearm rotation or flip the wrist. It’s coming naturally to where it should be. Thank you so much Aimee!
I love this video...I'd like to say the more skilled and advanced I get, the more my faults are diagnosed in the positions and movements AFTER impact. One day at the range, I talked to a U of Arizona college player, I asked her about coaching they receive and positions after impact. She had no idea what I was talking about. It's basically absent from their coaching. I found that quite interesting.
Definitely need this! I worked the range at a PGA tour event. Every pro out there finished in balance with the weight on their lead side. I only seem to be able to finish like that with practice swings! 😢
Adding an update to my previous comment. Do NOT try the water drill if you are a guy unless it’s summer and you’re outside. I actually have no delusions about my flexibility. Fortunately I have grandkids and soft golf balls they use. I put several in a small basket and tried the drill. They landed on my shoulders. Please add a couple of stretches or a link to them!!

Excellent post that was very helpful for me. And, unlike most RUclips golf posts, you didn’t waste 18 minutes getting to the point.
The bucket illusion is very helpful!

This tip is gold. The bucket imagery is fantastic.
That was a new thing to learn about. The bucket exercise is a good mental image to remember.
Thanks again for setting me back on the right path.
I'll put my waterproofs on and give this a try, Aimee!
Great post. Simple explanation 👌
Thanks so much, another great finish

Thanks Aimee. I love the images. That helps me get back on plane too. You're the best.😀
Another great easy to follow tip. Thanks! Now, is that a lemon tree behind you? Look at all that fruit!
