Interesting! I've never tried VR myself yet, but this one intrigues me. So it basically feels like a physical experience memory. You probably don't even remember the real time of day, or how your room looked like, or what was going on in the background even. Very interesting indeed.

Huh, now that I’ve listened to both tracks, it feels like an apt description. This feels like the prototype or “in-development” version of CP Violation, just like the Combine themselves at this moment in the establishment of their rule over Earth. This feels as messy, violent, and rough as the Combine during this time, as they are still adapting their technology to human soldiers. Their equipment and weaponry have yet to take the brutally elegant shape they would take during Gordon’s time. The brutally elegant shape that CP Violation oppresses you with, that the Combine have improved and streamlined over the years into a well-oiled machine, without the creaks and whines of an older prototype, an Overwatch that operates with terrifying and clean efficiency. I love this series. I love it’s music.
@C0lorman the lightning dogs were cool but it was just annoying that they had stages. It felt like they could take a lot more damage than you'd expect them to be able to take, given their size
