The suburban frame can withstand 15,000lbs of towing capacity, and that is limited by the engine. Keep in mind that these fire arms are also used on helicopters and boats, and those do not even have as much structual integrity of the suburban. I don't think recoil should be an issue whatsoever. This particular Suburban is reinforced somewhat for the additional weight of the pedal operated turret. Some metal bars and sheet metal with some additional welds can reinforce a chassis significantly.
