G35 HID Problem: Ballast or Ignitor?!

Tried replacing the ballast with a brand new one and it didn't help. Tried swapping the bulb between left and right. Now the other side, which was good, is now having the same problem.

Started noticing steering wheel vibration at 60mph and brake shimmy last year. Balanced my tires several times and installed new rotors with 0.001" of runout. Vibration still persisted. Today I finally decided to inspect the white line lower inner bushings and they're broken.

The Onion Motor Home trailer is made from the old Abu Dhabi main city water tank from the 1980s when Abu Dhabi was a village. They were going to scrap it but Sheik decided it had to be made into a motor home. Its an awesome 4 story home on wheels but can only be pulled by a Kenworth 963.
The huge Power Wagon scale is 4 to 1. All Hamad's vehicle body homes are 4 to 1 scale. I've spent time in them and listened to every word he told me about them.

My 08 g35 is the same only my orange light works but not my high beams any suggestions? Already bought a new ballast and pair of headlights but still only the orange light works
i think this is an igniter issue. and if not, id take it to the dealer or a good mechanic. because if it's neither of those things, thats above my expertise

Those RS500s at Bathurst were absolutely, point blank, insanely amazing in 87-88. Say what you want about th Eggenberger cars, if they cheated or not, but the Texaco Sierras were amazing. I can't find a bad livery on an RS500, and you then ha the equally badass Escort RS Cosser on the rally stages too
