G35 HID Problem: Ballast or Ignitor?!

Tried replacing the ballast with a brand new one and it didn't help. Tried swapping the bulb between left and right. Now the other side, which was good, is now having the same problem.

My 08 g35 is the same only my orange light works but not my high beams any suggestions? Already bought a new ballast and pair of headlights but still only the orange light works

i think this is an igniter issue. and if not, id take it to the dealer or a good mechanic. because if it's neither of those things, thats above my expertise

What if it juat make a one click noise and it doesnt on but the turn signal work fine. Mine is in the same side . Its the drive side that doing this

ignitors rarely go out and ballasts commonly go out, so Id go from there...

I have the same exact problem mine barely has like a light flickering don’t know wat it is any help? I just bought new bulbs and tried puttin on the bulbs but that wasn’t it either

I fixed it. It was actually the bulbs. Both the igniters and ballasts were okay on both sides. The bulbs and igniters on Infiniti usually last a very long time.

ignitor could yes but make sure the bulbs are checked. They actually go out after around 10 years

Hey man my driver side high beam turns on but a couple seconds later turn off. What could that be the ballast or the igniter? i dont think its the bulbs that are messed up because every now and then they sometimes stay on for a while longer.
