I'm a Glock fan boy but I have a GX4 with over 2000 rounds through it thus far. No failures due to the gun, yet. So it is always in primary carry rotation, especially as the weather gets warmer in Texas. I think I see the GX4 Carry in my future.
Right at this time I have a GX4 I am carrying in an IWB holster. I love it with two 11 and two 13 round mags. I would love to shoot the Carry but I don't see myself purchasing one at this time. Thanks for the video and keep shooting 👍😁.
Outstanding review! I just picked up the Carry and own the Toro and the original! I have had zero issues with either of my X4’s ! Can’t wait to shoot the Carry version! Already have a Romeo red dot and a flashlight for it ! They are great budget. .9mm pistols!
I was surprised when my original Gx4 shot tighter groups than my stiff-triggered Hellcat Pro. Could also be due to the more Glock-like grip angle I'm used to.
I'm gonna get the GX4 carry. I loved the trigger on the GX4 when I tried it at the store but I don't care for micro guns. Was hoping they'd make a larger version of the GX4. 😬
My friend, that is some of the cleanest and most perfect drawing and re holstering I;ve ever seen on YT. You should do a vid on just that if you haven't. Can you share your range belt setup? Great shooting and just awesome form. I just got a GX4 Carry TORO this week. I can't wait to get it out to the range. I have an awesome IWB holster already but would love a suggestion for an OWB and that setup you were running. Mag carriers too if you don't mind. Thanks
I carry the GX4 for the extreme concealment of the pistol. The GX4 carry would print and in areas where you are not supposed to carry that is the primary concern. For me. It's the standard GX4. I also have a astigmatism so an optics mounting plate is not a positive for me.
See I know it’s not for everyone but a lot of those people don’t know how to use skip lol. I’ve always said intro for the vendor, tabletop for the buyer.
Little quibble... Don't see the GX4 CARRY as an upgrade over GX4, just a bigger gun in a different size class. Some folks just want a small as possible 9mm like the GX4.
GX4 Carry is $300 and shoots just as well as a G-19. The GX4 is also a lot more comfortable in the hand. Glocks are and have been vastly over priced for a long time. That's just one opinion.
So the gx4 is there g3 size? I have a g2c and gx4 toro. G2C is more comfortable to shoot though GX4 has 13+1 G2C is 12+1 O yeah and the pt1911. I like my Taurus'
I wanna get my wifey her first carry i have my eyes set on the compact gx4 something small how’s the recoil on it ? would you say this would be a good reliable start I have the Glock 43x mos for my edc
I had some with my GX4XL, occasional FTF even if it was dripping with oil. Lakeline barrel and recoil spring seems to have fixed it. I wanted the ported barrel anyway.
I had FTF issues with my gx4xl. Sent it to Taurus and received it back promptly. They polish down the feed ramp. I’ve had problems with hollow points feeding which prompted me to send it back. I’ve found that AAC hollow point runs flawlessly so I’ll stick with that.

I owned the gx4 toro and I bought a gx4 carry Toro you mate the 2 and you get a gx4 xl toro with an upgraded rail. Nice Taurus

@@OpieGunmade The GX4 xl has a longer slide but not a longer grip. The GX4 carry is bigger overall and isn't much smaller than the G3.

Good reasons for your choice for sure.
Try out the 507K with the ACSS reticle. It seems to do well for most of my buddies with astigmatism fwiw.

I think that trigger shoe probably would do so well with the trigger weight on GX4 Carry which is a lot heavier than the TX-22 IMO

Me personally I prefer Glock, but GX4 carry could easily be in my rotation as it’s a little smaller and more comfortable
