Hi, handy video, really helped me. Do you have a video of the thermal fuse replacement? I've opened mine up to replace but dont want to twist them too far incase i snap the mounting of them.

How do you get the top cover off? There is some kind of snag in the middle. Also what could cause the grinder to grind too much coffee?
As far as I can remember the cover is clipped. You can try making the coffee about ten times without coffee beans (ignore the error message), maybe it helps. If not then the power board is probably defective.
Hello, my eletta is leaking in the bottom when rinsing and making coffee. There is very little water coming out from the main froth. But the water sprout works fine. Which part is possibly wrong and could I fix it by myself? Thanks!

Hello Myworks, we have the ecam 23.450 primadonna magnifica S with a milk froth problem. Already did all standard actions but it won't work still. When starting to make warm milk or cappucino the steam starts coming out while the right pressure did not reach the right level.It drips and sputters something and then slowly starts up, eventually there is enough steam, but that is too late for the preparation of cappucino.
Replace valves, descaled, replace milk contact, new milk container already had everything.
There are 2 valves in this machine, one at the bottom on the side and one behind the horseshoe shaped heating element; Could it be something with lime in there that is causing this?

hello, after one week, my Eletta has a "general alarm" problem, the infuser stuck in down position. I need to move up the transmission manually to remove the error. Do you know if it is the microswitch motor issue?
@Mon Ecologie, Mes Economies I think the transmission has worn out and is too loose. In this case the machine cannot find the home position. The microswitches rarely break. @@yt.myworks thanks but the transmission seems good (not loose), i change all the switchs but the general alarm still appear, i do not understand anything on this machine!
Finally i have stalled the plastic slider cam and now it seems to work... I will continue to test.
What screw bit are you using as I can’t get anything to fit mine to take the back off
There is a special bit for the screws, but you can try a small flat head screwdriver.

Once it’s opened is it a simple fix when milk isn’t coming out hot.?
I can't say that, it depends on what is broken. If the milk doesn't come at all, it is mostly the solenoid valve.
Hi, my eletta cappuccino no longer displays the "fill tank" message. I thought it might be worth replacing the water tank, but i just checked and the float moves freely. What do you think?
Annoyingly as a result I can't clear the descale message because the descale program never ends due to not recognising an empty tank.
Hello, if the magnet loses its strength, then the electronics will not detect when the water tank is empty. I therefore recommend buying a new tank.

It could be that the micro switch is not working properly. Sometimes the bracket inside the machine breaks. The micro switch can be seen at min 2:30 on the left next to the power button. A white piece with two wires plugged in.

We are getting a message ‘insert tank’ even when the tank is in. Delonghi sent us a new tank (Delonghi Eletta Cappucino Top) but unfortunately the new tank didnt work. Any idea if it could be the sensor that requires replacing? We tried taking the back off but it requires a special star tool

I don't know what water quality you have in your area, but with this mistake, the water pipes are usually clogged with limescale. Most of the time, the water pipe that emanates from the heater becomes clogged.

@Paul McBride on the inside of the front panel are three screws. From the front there is a plastic cap that has to be pulled off upwards. This applies to the "Eletta plus" model, which one do you have?

Hello, my eletta machine keeps giving me the message 'water circuit empty fill water circuit'. Whenever I press ok to fill, water comes out of the spout but the loading bar doesn't move and the message remains. Its stuck in this cycle I can't press any other buttons. Any suggestions? Thanks
I think the machine is calcified and clogged. You can try adding the descaler in the water tank and pressing the rinse button and repeating this process every few minutes. Maybe it will be free again after 1-2 hours.
@@yt.myworks Hi, thanks for your advice. I opened the machine and cleaned the pipes. When I put it back together I managed to get to the descale program. I descaled twice and it was fine. Now the error message has returned after 2 weeks. Any other suggestions ?

Część, odkręcić trzeba najpierw panel sterujący. Pod panelem też są co najmniej dwie następne śruby. Tak samo i z tyłu. Reszta trzyma sie na zatrzaskach.

Chodzi mi o te skośne boki.
Tył obudowy odkręcony, chciałem zdemontować lewą część obudowy. Do pewnego momentu dało się otworzyć.
Rozbierałem ten model Delonghi dość dawno tak że dokładnie już nie pamiętam. Ale jak widać na zdjęciu z tego elementu jest montowany na chaczykach.

@@yt.myworks dokładnie właśnie o ten element chodzi, bez niego nie da się otworzyć lewej części obudowy. Domyśliłem się że jest to pewnie też na jakiś zaczepach, ale boję się na siłę podważać żeby mi to nie pękło. Mój problem z ekspresem polega na tym że jak opróżniam pojemnik na fusy, to z lewej strony na blacie kuchennym pojawia się woda, taki powiedzmy kieliszek. Domyślam się co może być przyczyną, bo widziałem parę filmików na RUclips gdzie ludzie mieli dokładnie ten sam problem. Tylko że ja mam problem ze zdemontowaniem lewej strony obudowy.

Gdybym miał na zapasie ten element, to wtedy byłaby zupełnie inna sprawa.
Na drugim obrazku z linku który wysłałem widać zaczepy. Musisz popróbować a napewno uda ci się otworzyć. Cieknie zapewni z komory bojlera w tym przypadku należy wyczyścić i uszczelnić.

Hi, how much time passes after descaling before the request comes again? Or does the prompt persist after descaling?
@@yt.myworks the descalling process nevers end. It asks indefinitely to fill the water tank.
Most of the time, the problem is with the water tank when the magnet gets stuck inside. You have to make sure that the magnet slides all the way down as soon as the water tank is empty. Sometimes it helps if you tap on the water tank so that the magnet moves.
@@yt.myworks no it is another problem. The actual magnet is working fine.
I still recommend trying out a different tank before disassembling the machine. Does the pump draw in air after the water tank is empty or does it stop before?
