In most cases - are damaged 3 electric details on power board. Ac/dc converter, resistor (a big one , near radiator, and induction coil (or something like) - small part with colour stripes, between 2 capacitors near radiator )
General Alarm (let’s assume it - GA)- it’s signaling of some “problem” with machine program or its parts. Mainly : (1) if starts and at same moment show you GA - problem with thermosensor; (2) if starts, moves brew unit, that return it in start position, but with “legs” incorrectly positioned - problem with brew_unit_motor_shaft_top-piston_program-of-processor. (3) If starts , moves brew unit normally, but in 10-20 seconds snows GA - thermofuses on boiler

Maybe was some problem with power in power grid. It can be cause of General Alarm.
