hello. The plate is made of zinc. The method is manufactured by corrosive method using chemical products. It is difficult and dangerous for individuals to make it, so it is made in a professional manufacturing factory. When removing the plate, the liquid uses mineral spirits.

Hi, I was just wondering what type of plate you use in your press… is it the same type of plate you would use for a foil press? I.e copper, brass or magnesium?
The plate I use is a zinc plate. The plate can be used for printing and foil. It is a commonly used board in Korea and is inexpensive. However, the quality of the plates differs for each technician.

I'm not sure exactly, but check the roller size. A while ago, in my case, the rollers of the old version of the pilot were installed on the new version of the pilot, but the rollers were different in size, causing distortion. And make sure the roller truck is mounted correctly.

Could you please tell me the name of the machine ...I THINK it might be a C&P Pilot ? but im not sure. Do they cost a lot to buy ? and where could I look in the UK to buy one. Thank you.
Hello. You can work on business cards on the tabletop. If it only contains text, it can be easily printed. However, it may not be possible to print a background that fills a large area. For equipment recommendation, C&P Pilot or Hohner equipment is recommended. In my case, I bought it from an American personal blogger. There is no separate retailer.
I use regular offset ink. I know that VANSON ink is good, but I don't use it because it dries too slowly. Of course, you can use an oil base, but the ink hardens too quickly, so I use regular offset ink. There have been no major problems yet.
