Look like a barren sad wastelend. They could've planted semi-mature trees instead these pathetic looking ones (definitely victims of cost-cutting)- it'll be a very long wait to see the developed looking lush and green as shown in the design renderings. What a shame.

If you want to build a good looking park, give it to Umno people they do better. Example, KLCC park, Titiwangsa, tasik Kepong, cheras pudu ulu park, Terengganu draw bridge, malacca river front, sg segget johor bahru, even kuantan all good.
