The book turned up this morning to Nth Canterbury New Zealand. It was a pleasant suprise ! The shipping was on the money tracked the whole way. Picked it up at the farm gate at sparrows fart . Thanks Harry the family is looking forward to taste the new recipes in the book.

I must admit that cooking with butter makes things TASTE way better, but does take a little getting used to. After seeing how margarine is made, I really need to use more butter.

Had something similar about 5 years ago at the Farmers Home Hotel in Wagga Wagga. Awesome Parma from a pub, it was. Day 1 of a 14 day road trip and the wife ended up in Wagga ICU for three weeks. One of the nurses recommended it and she was on the money. Will have to try doing this one H. It’s time I stopped warming the bench and played the big game. Better have a crack at this one.
I never buy a pub Parma, not a fan, especially with the tomato sauce, they look soggy & unappealing. HFC with chicken & garlic prawns & decent cheese is definitely the go. AND a decent salad please haha not that toss of sad salad. Glad no eyebrows were harmed in this filming! 😂
Could cover it with a fire blanket... could use a foam extinguisher... could just leave it attended by competent people, could pay attention to your pan! Jeez, mate, I love your channel but come on... basic!

I could also have cut that clip out and covered it up. I leave in the good and the bad
Or you could put a cover over the oil and put it out within seconds.
It was at auto-ignition temp. Ronny and I have tried this in an experimental vid and it took over an hour to go out
Once it auto ignites it will taste like sh!t and give you extra cancer so why try and put it out? Just dump it and go again.
Legally it’s 73 to preach 69 you should be banned. I agree it’s safe but not what we as chefs are alllowed to serve or teach 🤷♂️🤯
