Childhood Memories Guyanese Beef Pinwheel

Ingredients
3 1/4 cups All purpose flour

1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup room temperature butter
2 1/2 tsp yeast
About 1 - 1 1/4 cup lukewarm warm water
Filling
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp chicken bullion
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp green seasoning
1/2 onion
1/2 medium carrot
1/4 cup green peas
Thyme
Celery
Scallion
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp bbq sauce
2 tbs ketchup
Cheddar cheese
Egg wash
1 egg plus 1 tablespoons water
Bake 350F for 15-25 minutes until golden brown
