    I love the real-time commentary. I'd be content just sitting in the boat listening to Dāv talk. 😆

    Most action packed cooking channel I've ever followed... ;) If I smelled that meal I'd also be huffing and puffing in the bushes, hoping for a taste (thou I doubt I'd be greeted with that much enthusiasm, so that's not fair)... that bear is going to either have the BEST coat in the forest or some rather nasty toilet-adventures....

    •  2 года назад +1

      or both lol

    Dang, that's a big catch! Makes me wanna go fishing 🤩
    Also I can imagine seeing that bear was such a cool experience! We have a few brown bears here in Sweden, but unfortunately, I've never seen one.

    Impressive walleye. The bear however...unfortunately as cool as it might seem to have one waltz into camp, one that doesn't have enough fear of people is at an extreme risk of becoming a problem animal that might end up attacking a person out of food association. It looks cute, but is a really bad situation.

    •  2 года назад +1

      True. But we were 75 miles into the wilderness. I’m not as worried as I would be if we were anywhere near civilization.

    • @carltoncarnivores
      @carltoncarnivores 2 года назад +1

      I would maintain concern, considering there's a picnic bench there and I take that to mean it's a regular destination for people out on the lake. The bear has likely become habituated to people being around there and having food, whoever shows up next might find the animal to be a bit more insistent on accessing edible things.

    Black bear are hilarious! They aren’t a super common sight where I am in Georgia, so when my grandparents called to tell me there was one in their neighborhood and what should they do… I’m not sure I’ve laughed that hard while saying, “Nothing, just don’t pet it.” in a long time.
