I'm thinking of doing this as part if a small bathroom refresh! Should the tub be the last element if the remodel? We will be doing new vanity, new toilet, new tile, fresh paint (basically everything!).

How do you think the marine paint would work on 70 year old ceramic tub that the original finish is completely peeled off and has become pitted and rough in some places?
Marine paint works best on fiberglass. You could try a paint kit that works better for ceramic like Homax. We used it on a cultured stone countertop like this: ruclips.net/video/IeMM4yWH7to/видео.html

Hi! It has been for our kids. To our understanding, it is just as safe as a new fiberglass tub. Hope this helps and thanks for watching!🤗

I have a question...Can I use Peel n Stick tile on my shower wall? Also, if you can, can I secure it with Mussel Bound tape? My shower is like yours....also think abt painting as well.

We decided not to place tiles inside of the shower area because of mold.
