    tips -
    you should NEVER call a person あなた because it sounds rude instead you should say their name

    • @JEasyStudy
      @JEasyStudy  2 года назад +1

      Yes, you are right.
      However, anyone who is a beginner of learning Japanese should know about あなた meaning

    • @jennsuicune
      @jennsuicune Год назад

      In French it's just the contrary. It's rude to use someone's name while talking directly to him except for interjection, because it just looks/sounds as if you were talking about him/her like he/she was not there. So it will be difficult to me to get used to this😢

    6:17 what is the difference between watashi no tomodachi and ori no tomodachi ( i heard on anime)

    • @matthewtopping2061
      @matthewtopping2061 6 месяцев назад +2

      watashi no tomodachi
      ore no tomodachi
      "watashi" is the polite standard first person pronoun, and "ore" is the casual masculine version. You will never hear ore in formal settings. It is mostly used among men. "Watashi" can be used by anyone, in any situation.

    • @Jjiny1.1
      @Jjiny1.1 3 месяца назад +1

      @@matthewtopping2061actually I heard from a Japanese person that "Watashi" is gender-neutural if it's in formal setting, but if it's in casual it's mostly used by women ( × ▽◝ )

    • @matthewtopping2061
      @matthewtopping2061 3 месяца назад +2

      @@Jjiny1.1 I suppose this is true. Most men probably use "boku", "ore" or some regional variation in private settings.
