Ah the typical BCI blinker sound. Got plenty of BCI's down here in Australia, and have 2 single decker BCI Citiriders in my local fleet, and they a beast to ride on.

Are they still being built because London needs Tri Axles in my Opinion the population is getting bigger so it would make sense for a longer buses.

I highly doubt it. There are roads in London that are just too tight for 45 ft buses, Bendy buses, as they call them, or 3 axle buses.
