I am 58 and haven't ridden dirt bikes in about 30yrs but I am thinking of doing it again. Recently moved to Iowa so it is nice to see there are some events to ride here. I'll hopefully be out there in the amateur senior class at some point. Nice ride my friend. That guy was out of line jumping on your ass like that, 🤘😎🏍

Congrats on the win! I’m glad you were able to finish the race. I don’t know enough about racing to comment on the pass.

Thanks. The guy should have let me go by before he attempted the hill, especially if he knew he'd be dog paddling up it.

Nice race! I was in the pink purple jersey that you passed in the first couple of minutes.

@@ALLTHINGSBRAAP Dirt bikes? Nope - prolly 4-5 times per year. We road race quite a bit -- this is just cheap and fun to stay in shape! :)

Congrats! I’m thinking about entering my first HS this year. Do you got any tips for a noob Harescrambler (not a complete noob woods rider tho)? Thanks🤙🏼

Awesome where at? Try to get a good start so you don't have to pass so many people and try to ride the entire race without stopping. There were lots of people stopped at the hills, but I'd recommend keeping momentum and pushing through.
