Hi friends and fans! If you'd like to watch an interview I did with DanDanTheFireman where he interviewed me for almost an hour, here's the link, enjoy the podcast! ruclips.net/video/7HjmYUtKZmw/видео.html
I found it interesting and was a bit surprised that Dan asked if your class was geared for all types of motorcycles. Being a DVD and book student of yours I know that's an emphatic yes. Thank you Jerry.
Ride Like a Pro Jerry Palladino Hey there Jerry, got myself the 2020 Low Rider S, Love it! Added stage IV leather bags, sissy bar, and passenger pillion-all removable (use the sissy bar and pillion to mount my travel kit) 1/4 fairing, moustache eng. bar, and heated grips. My only complaint is the rear brake, it is quite inefficient! I’ve raised it up some but it still is quite slight in doing much, have you found this an issue? I’ve heard others mention this too, and suggest going to forward controls but they don’t interest me. I think the actual geometry of the rod and linkage is the issue, I do hope Harley has a fix for this, do you have any other suggestions? I welcome any answer!! Thank you for all the great Videos!
@@robtremain7210 Yes I noticed the rear brake to be very weak as well. I have no idea why. What sissy bar did you get? I'd like to add one but I want a high sissy bar like the one they have for the Street Bob. So far, I haven't found one.

Motorman, I purchased your product, and I want to say THANK YOU for teaching me how to ride. I have the 2021 Lowrider S and I don’t have a problem riding it at all.
Thank you for this video Jerry. My wife and I put this bar on her 2021 LRS after seeing the video, and it was very simple. Same bike setup from 2020, same bar fit. The only two things I did differently were, I used a 5/32” flathead punch to get the plastic plugs out. Just center it over the outside cap, and give it a good quick tap with a hammer. Also, the bolt package we got came with a keeper nut (wizz nut) for the top center bolt. No need for a wrench behind it, just hold it with a finger as you tighten it up. Our bottom two bolts are 3/8” - 9/16” standard bolts vs. the Allen head which came with yours. Thank you again for the video. Keep ‘em coming 👍
i have those bars on my FXLRS 2020 plus V&H Radius pipes plus Cruise Control and Kauana Heating Gripes..and change the leads to screeming eagle cables in black
Nice!, just wondering if HD will ever black anodize their hardware. Blacked out bike - blacked out bolts/nuts?!?! Or am I crazy?! Also, IMHO, the sweep on those crash bars should go back, not forward - this looks like too far for resting your foot/leg, and if it really crashes, just seems that it will bend forward. The weight of the bike is more back - due to the engine, yet the bar are sticking out forward. Just my couple of thoughts! cheers

Nice one. I got one that came with the reg bars. I’m thinking about forward controls or the mustache bars. Can I ask how tall your son is? You know, to have an idea of the ergonomics.
Me too. I like the Memphis Shades fairing. I called them and asked them to send me one for review but they said they didn't need any stinking advertising on youtube where thousands of potential customers will see it. Email them and tell em what you think about that.
hi jerry I was going to buy that crash guard but the dealership recommended me the bungking crash guard instead. Im thinking of switching with the mustache one it looks better in my opinion but we'll see
@@motorman857 yes you are right about the price. Bungking is way more expensive, I got the 10% discount bec. of that 30 day after purchase promotion so it kinda lowered it down but still more expensive. Anyways I am getting better at that slow walk pace practice, harley clutch is so heavy gives my arm a really good pump hahaha
Jerry, The crash bars look great. Are you going to paint the three bolts black? I enjoyed your recent videos-maybe I should try the new softails? But my RK handles so well...
I’ve always found it to be a good practice when installing anything into a new mounting feature, such as when you installed the crash bar, to run all fasteners through their threaded holes first without the accessory. It often clears up any threads and aids with any “too close” positioning between fasteners and accessories. Sure it takes a little longer but like I said it speed up the install and eliminates errors. Try this and see if you agree. Thanks
Yes that's exactly what I did. Harley also likes to cover all their fasteners with locktight. I've had to heat them up with a torch to melt the locktight on some bolts.
Hi Jerry, I recently ordered the engine guard protectors from you. I install them on the Harley mustache engine guard for my 2019 Heritage classic and they fit quite nicely.
Nice bike Jerry. Do a video on installing the factory cruise control. I'll be picking up my Low Rider S on Monday and that will definitely be an accessory on my list to install.

So I thought it was a good idea to get something for my bike too. I actually got the one that has the U bolts so I can install it with forward controls. I also got the chrome instead of the black. Not only can these save your bike but they can also save your leg if you lay down your bike.
