This is drop dead gorgeous. I am madly in love with America's National Parks. The sheer variety on offer at this park - snowy mountains, rainforests, rivers, lakes, oceans/beaches and the associated wildlife - is thrillingly beautiful.
Same here. I live in India and it is my dream to visit them all (at least the most famous ones). However I'm not nearly wealthy enough to afford it. But I'm trying, saving up little by little
@@dcqec111 Absolutely! Also hope you've explored some of the National Parks in India. Only country with lions AND tigers, bears, leopards and elephants.
@@dcqec111 I am from Washington State and I have been to the Olympic National Park, I wish I can see the beauty of India some day, there is nothing like it in the USA. I hope you can see this park someday too.
Thanks, National Geographic. Fantastic video of a spectacular part of the country, continent and planet - showing the beauty of its landscape and inhabitants. I thought the footage was spectacular, the music fitting and often epic. Wonderfully done and what I expect from the National Geographic of old. I suppose the tuna fishing crap sells, but I want to go back to the days when opening a magazine transported you to a world of wonder - that you could hardly believe existed, and marvelled at the idea of visiting one day.
Hi Stranger, I went there two years back in the summer and camped out - breathtaking. I suggest bear spray and bear wire to store food if you're out in the back-country. The South East is supposed to be more bear prone if you want to spot them. We kayaked Lake Crescent and hiked Hurricane Ridge and explored (backpacked) into Hoh by the river and camped by the beach and explored the coast. Have a blast!
Please show full episodes. I have been looking for these for so long here. I watched them on tv and saved to dvr and enjoyed them so many times but now I cannot find them.
No. Most of Twilight was actually filmed in Oregon. The forests around Forks (Forks is just under an hour away from the hoh rainforest) are way too dense and delicate for filming.
The most beautiful place in the world. I have lived here most of my life, and love the dark green world of the rain forest.
