It was going to occur at some point on Patafoin's channel; considering many people have been asking for years to have a video game where they can explore a virtual 3D map where you can get up and close with Pokemon, or have the camera placed inside the head of the pokemon itself. Petting, cherishing, cuddling, etc. of their favorite pokemon from over the past 30 years and such, this is still pretty cool to see how it goes and such. Although rendering and uploading this does take a lot of internet data and speed to upload this that's for sure.
I love this a lot. I can't imagine how awesome of a series it would be to move through a series from someone's perspective and can't small details everywhere. You can watch the main conversation. Then rewind and see the guy behind the counter sneak something into their pocket. Or look behind your character and see something from a previous episode. The rewatch ability would be humongous. Imagine this done with a 2D show. Skilled artists drawing rotating animations and seeing things from a grounded perspective. Would be even more amazing in VR.
I remember this type of video exists, but only seen a select few a long time ago, and was surprised to see this here. Was already such a fun animation. To see it from Umbreon's pov and able to look around whenever was interesting and great.
Man, I remember when I used to watch cross-eyed 3D videos of Sharp Productions Roller Coasters, ranging from Six Flags Magic Mountain to Cedar Point POV videos back in the 2010s. And by the way, it's been 10 years since 360 degree video formats were introduced on youtube in 2014. To be honest, while 360 degree videos do have choppy framerates, it's nice to be able to see and use your mouse, touchpad, or even your fingers on mobile devices, to see 360 degree views of where the characters are and such. While it is nice to see how it turned out and fun to use, I've watched Many, Many videos that have used 3D (in the late 2000s early 2010), Cinerama/Panoramic videos (in the early to mid 2010s) and VR/360 degree videos back in the mid to late 2010s. So seeing Patafooin use this was pretty much long overdue and at some point introduced to this channel. But again, it really depends on how powerful your computer/mobile device can handle 360 degree video, but I"m not sure if it's the video itself that has choppy framerates, or it's my computer. Either way, it's cool to see Umbreon's/Blacky's point of view of seeing this video once more. EDIT: Well, the 4k does work on my computer, but when it's put together on a youtube video, it's choppy on my end. But I do prefer when the 360 degree video is unwrapped on my downloaded video version of this and uh, wow, yeah um, this is pretty much WHY I animate everything, including Off Camera for these types of videos. Because otherwise, you end up having things like Characters gliding across the ground, trainer not speaking or moving their body slowing when they're speaking to one of his Eeveelutions, Light changes from daytime to blood moon/sunset solar eclipse, Glaceon and Espeon gliding, hovering, and tumbling in the air and through the ground, trainer's neck is broken and snapped so badly as if he needs surgery, flying motion for Umbreon/Blacky is akin to that of a 70 mile per hour hoverboard, etc. etc.....I know that it would be time consuming to edit each of these characters, but if you're making a video that's less than ten minutes, I don't think that would be a problem. If it's longer than 10 minutes, then I can see why things would look awkward outside of the camera's point of view in the shot.
I can already envision what it would look like if we saw glaceon’s perspective as it woke up when it snowed, stretched a bit, and then fell down the stairs lol
I love you❤ and the guy who has been playing with😊I keep on watching your videos because it's so funny and I like your videos because it will it reminds me of my grandpa that he died a long long long time ago He used to be a soldier but now he's dead
Whoa, good thing for that warning 'cause sudden NECK pov was jarring. Side note: All the sliding was surprisingly adorable from an outside perspective.
This was really fun. Especially the tackle at the end. Now I want to see this done with your last Halloween video. That would be on a whole different level
This was the funniest 360 view ever😂 I turn around once espeon and glaceon 1:20 And for the brutal cut it was hilarious I couldn't stop laughing😂😂 1:46 Your videos are one of a kind❤
Now imagine, if Patafoin has the idea to make this type of video but he does it for Halloween, I think we will know the real reason why Umbreon is traumatized by the pink demon with the hugging tentacles
lmao I love how Jolteon sneaks into the lazy pose. 😂Espeon and Flareon fell through the ground lmao. Glaceon doin' somethin' hahaha XD. Umbreon is like RAWR tackle rofl!
Seeing everything go into place was funny af, and it was pretty cute to be an actual part of it. I'd love to see more of these, so long as they're not too hard to make.
This was really fun and cool to play around in! It makes me see how you animate your videos with how you move the models!! I hope we can see more of these test/POV videos!! Hope this year is treating you and the veevees nicely :)
That scientist hovering out of the wall and spinning into position at 2:01 had me crying laughing, dude. Not to mention whatever Espeon and Glaceon were doing.
At first I was like: Wait... is this supposed to be for VR, where you put your headset on and then you can look around? _...then I noticed the D-Pad in the upper corner and got blown away..._
Seeing what umbreon sees is amazing!!!!!!
Fr!!!❤
You like it because you have a lovely view
Indeed
Is this the synchro machine I’ve heard about
@@FlygonkingVGClol
Really fun experiment, it's nice to see the animation artifacts that we aren't normally allowed to see!
The moment we never asked for, but really needed.

The way the unused Eeveelutions just slide into their designated position ready for their scene is too funny to not mention XD
Fr 🤣
It's crazy what behind the scenes can show, just to hide from the final product.
I remember this type of video exists, but only seen a select few a long time ago, and was surprised to see this here. Was already such a fun animation. To see it from Umbreon's pov and able to look around whenever was interesting and great.
An absolutely unexpected new feature, that was way too AMAZING!
對呀,超神奇!!!!
I spent the entire video just staring at Glaceon!!! He amazes me!!!!
though the only part you really see of him is his ass the whole time lol.
knot that that's a bad thing >w>
i spent the entire video staring at glaceons ass
Oh this is really great. I'd love to see a whole animation that's actually intended to be viewed this way.
I loved watching everyone glitch and sink, and Sylveon moving backwards without moving their feet XD
This was very funny like always. And I got jumpscared by the trainer.

Seeing what Umbreon sees which you are not suppose to see, is the reason why she is such a badass.
This is epic I dont care what anyone says.
This was pretty awesome and fun to experience! Nice work lol
This is the first 360 degree video I've seen in a long time and it amazing.
Though am not huge fan of 360° videos in general this one was very nice and I enjoyed it
I was already interested in playing as an Umbreon in SV, but this is much better!
This is actually so freaking awesome i want more!
This was funny. I'd love to see more of these!
I like mimicking the almost exact pov I think that umbreon would see, I love this ❤
Goodness. This is truly impressive. The future is now.
The 360° video was amazing and funnier because we are able to see things that we are not suppose to see, but for me was very enjoyable x3
Bro is giving me fun ideas to experiment 👀👀
I gotta check how to make a 360 work though..
360° animation!? Holy moly!
This was SO awesome! I had so much fun and couldn't help but laugh too.
I can already envision what it would look like if we saw glaceon’s perspective as it woke up when it snowed, stretched a bit, and then fell down the stairs lol
OH man imagine getting to make all the cute sounds for this- I love this format! The scene was fun too!
That was amazing Umbreon's view! It's just like Pikachu's View Battling with Bulbasaur! And I like the picture of Umbreon's Eyebrows raise.
My dream to become umbreon came true, lolol.
It's so excellent animation if you're just starting! 👍
THIS IS SO COOL OMG-
❤❤❤
1:16 Espeon just sank
Umbreon has a wonderful view of all the team's greatest assets!
This was brilliant
This was awesome!
I love you❤ and the guy who has been playing with😊I keep on watching your videos because it's so funny and I like your videos because it will it reminds me of my grandpa that he died a long long long time ago He used to be a soldier but now he's dead

I would rather be glaceon but, i really love this. Nice work :D
That was.... a ride to say the least lmfao, that jolteon scream
This was really fun. Especially the tackle at the end.

Awesome, a first-person perspective of the last episode!
YESSS WE NEED MORE OF THESE!!!
Now imagine, if Patafoin has the idea to make this type of video but he does it for Halloween, I think we will know the real reason why Umbreon is traumatized by the pink demon with the hugging tentacles
Very cool !i can see waht umbreon see
Masterpiece.
That poor leafeon, though...
I can't wait to see this experiment at it's full potential!!!
I didn't even realize I was the Umbreon until he commanded Umbreon to do something! 🤣 this was really fun :D
It's funny how Sylveon slides to the sandpit instead of walking-
The brutal cut surprised me so much lol😂
I love this Eeveelution first person view like this!!! 🤎💛🧡💙🖤💜🩵💚💝
Wow cool I love this I hope you enjoy your day so good bye I love the effort you put in to this ❤️
I'm sitting here for the longest time wondering, "why is he looking at Glaceon's rear end?" I didn't know I can move it😂😂
lmao I love how Jolteon sneaks into the lazy pose. 😂Espeon and Flareon fell through the ground lmao. Glaceon doin' somethin' hahaha XD. Umbreon is like RAWR tackle rofl!
I love this so much. Its so interesting seeing everything from such a different perspective.
Wow this was incredible
POV: You're VaÏda
Meme aside, this is a silly concept. (Also VaÏda is the name of the Umbreon.)
Such magic that we had never dreamed possible from when RUclips was in its infancy.
Wonderful
I LOVE IT OMGGGGG❤❤❤❤❤❤
Wasn't expecting this but very nice
I've never seen a video like this. This is really cool.
Seeing everything go into place was funny af, and it was pretty cute to be an actual part of it. I'd love to see more of these, so long as they're not too hard to make.
Him: “use tackle!”
Umbreon: *yeet*
The other guy: _ÆÆÆ_
I wasn't aware this was VR. So cool! I love your videos!!! ❤❤❤❤❤
I love it
This was really fun and cool to play around in! It makes me see how you animate your videos with how you move the models!! I hope we can see more of these test/POV videos!! Hope this year is treating you and the veevees nicely :)
I really like it. My computer has a lot of trouble though. Still, I am excited to see how this can be used for animation!
It was fun to watch on my quest, it was felt like i'm Umbreon
As a human, I totally agree it's nice to see things from a normal, I mean pokemons perspective.
Nice😁
I love how Leafeon just slides over to Sylveon lol
alors ça c'est vraiment géniale la video 360
It's just a great animation.. but in 360❕, heh I love it ❕

Just Silvions back slide was both hilarious and menacing
*1:22** What da dog doin?* (looking toward garden at sylveon and glaceon) lol XD
That scientist hovering out of the wall and spinning into position at 2:01 had me crying laughing, dude.
Not to mention whatever Espeon and Glaceon were doing.
So Surreal❤
I fricking loved this perspective
At first I was like: Wait... is this supposed to be for VR, where you put your headset on and then you can look around?
_...then I noticed the D-Pad in the upper corner and got blown away..._
I love it❤
