@kholmes430 cycle the ignition to the on position 5 times. You'll hear the fuel pump stop after a few seconds. After 5 times I started the engine and let idle for a couple minutes.
It's around 18 lbs ft. I just tightened it until it bottomed out and the cap was facing the same direction as it was before removal. The o ring seals it once its bottomed. I got no leaks.
