I have a 2022 Mohave gladiator and absolutely love it, the roof is smaller than the wrangler and only weighs about 72 pounds, I can remove it myself, and on the dirt roads and bumpy roads we have in maine , it handles them easily.
Had to pause at 9:59 and say it is awesome that you intentionally use the toughest lines and drive modes in your reviews. Too many times I see off road reviews taking it easy on things, you give us an idea of what will actually happen and I appreciate that.
I'm just here for garage dweller Sarah and to hear her say "hello, people of the interwebs"... Prettiest face and voice on RUclips, and obviously her cute and funny personality.... Simp, out
11:45 yes; Sarah, that is for the snorkel option on the Gladiator (also referred to as a "fording" snorkel if you wanted to go through water - to a certain level).
Ok...but if I could put you into this beautiful Jeep today with $ 3,500 down and payments of around $ 600.00 per month at a very competitive interest rate, is that something you'd be interested in?
From all of us at Jeep - Glad you like the Gladiator. I do subscribe but we have been working hard to keep up with demand for this crazy truck, so I have to watch you as time permits. Love to see you doing so well.
Fun fact when the Model A first came out they would often gets stuck going up the hills so they would go up them in reverse because it's easier to pull something up hill rather than push
Jeez, what an awesome review! You have it all: challenging trail for off-road testing, winding roads for giving the beans and breaking test, car lift for intimate underbelly shots, and knowledgeable, funny and beautiful host. You're truly the best! P.S. Not so fun fact: when Kelly Blue Book were doing a Jeep Wrangler review, they had its headlights ripped out when the car was parked outdoors overnight. Because "That's crazy, anyone can open the hood on this thing" - a keen observation.
Love the videos!! Reverse, in 4Lo in a diesel. That’s the most torque you’re gonna get outta that vehicle. Climbing that hill in reverse was probably the least challenging thing for it.
I love when I see the perspective of others. For example I think a heated steering wheel is the most useless thing ever. But I’m always too hot, and here I see that there are people that are the opposite and especially with their hands.
I have arthritis on my hands, after owning a Jeep Rubicon with heated steering wheel is a must have for me specially during those very cold winter days thanks JEEP 🥰
Pretty luxurious compared to the old Willys. Always a joy to see you enjoying yourself. When you pointed out the exhaust protection I noticed the AdBlue injector in the exhaust.
If Jeep made a 2 door version that wasn't too ridiculously expensive and came with a 6-speed manual, I'd get it in a heartbeat. Not that I go offroad much currently, but with a beast like that I'd find lots of excuses to leave the pavement!
I am with you on almost everything that you said about this Jeep. I took the same model out for a test drive about a week ago and loved the sound and torque of the diesel, the interior was ok (the stereo is better than my 2017 Tacoma), but the mirrors were tiny and not that great for visibility, the drivers footwell was small with no dead pedal and the price OMG was crazy. Here in Canada, the truck was $85,000 Canadian and once you through something like a tonneau cover on, some auxiliary lights and a winch this puppy is at the $100,000 mark with taxes. It’s hard to justify that kind of dough for a mid size pickup...
You finally got a Jeep Gladiator Rubicon! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 That's the same color as my Gladiator Rubicon...Granite Crystal Metallic. But I'm running an EVO Mfg. 2.5" Enforcer Stage II Plus suspension with 37" Kumho KL71 MT's. It will go anywhere. I get nearly 3' of vertical flex with only 2.5" of lift, with the front sway bar disconnected.
You should have played with the lockers and disconnect the sway bar offroad next time for more articulation. Lockers are the most important feature of Rubicon. Great review as always!
As a former Jeep owner, I hope thy finally got this right. I owned Jeeps from 1986 to 2019 and loved them until every one of them at around 130,000 miles would have electrical and transmission problems. And from others I talked to I was lucky. Jeep reliability is horrible, maybe this will change with this one. I love diesels too so this must be a blast to drive but 67K!!! I switched to a 4Runner now and couldn't be happier. It should go about 300,000 miles before it needs any serious work. I'll be dead by then lol! I put Wildpeaks on my 4Runner, they are fantastic tires, Jeep got that one right for sure!
Wow at 2:16 I thought there was a horrific scratch on the side lol 😬 One thing I appreciate about the off-road reviews is you choose camera angles and setups that really convey the steepness of the grade. It's deceptively hard to do

On rough, steep terrain, a part-time four-wheel-drive truck is extra useless in two-wheel-drive.
