Building a Frankenstrat -EVH - A Kramer Beretta special modded

I have been wanting a EVH striped guitar for a while now . They are pretty pricey now so I went in this direction . Picked up a new Berretta special as I have heard good things about them , and they do play nice I have to say . I got it for $179, I think its a better deal than a plain kit guitar which I was considering. I chose the white model as the red one did not look like the red I wanted to use on this project .So I was a little worried as I never painted anything but the walls in a house . I got a lot of useful info on Brads channel (see link) Thanks 👍 / @bradangove Good luck with your paint job too. I also changed the pot to a larger one .Only one for volume in this guitar and didn't have a resistor on the pot as the older model did .The pot that came stock did not work very well, more like on then off - the new one works much better , more control. I also added a larger trem block , lubed the nut and installed new strings and she's was ready to go . Great guitar for the money , so if your considering one - go for it . Thanks for tuning in
