That mouse-taping solution is hilarious, we will try to allow KBAM remapping in an update soon, and we're looking to improve IIDX support in the future as they are almost ideal controller to play the game with. Congrats on the 100k! Also, The Magician and Spin Cycle are originals made for the game so shouldn't require pitch shifting.
