    Thank you SO much for this. One of the best detox videos I’ve seen💖gave me the hope I needed today💖I’m 12 days in going raw for the second time but my first time I also became a minimalist too! And I got really into digital minimalism. Thank you so much for this!!:)

    The detox was very much real to me and very similar to what you spoke about. I did look for information back in May when i went fully raw to see if anyone makes any content on that topic. It was a struggle for me! I was fully raw for 3 months and then i got bitten by a brown recluse spider and had to take so many harsh antibiotics that it threw me out of balance and I am currently getting back to fully raw. So thank you for your channel, you helped me the first time going raw and I know your videos will help me again! The weekly group you are forming is a great idea!!

    I wondering if being high raw creates comparable detox symptoms?

    • @maddymclaugh9660
      @maddymclaugh9660 3 дня назад

      For me- similar but it’s pretty different…. I can feel lighter detox on high raw… so yes it’s still good :-)))

    When our bodies are literally releasing all the toxins because of the intense changes that occur, we will have symptoms. I woke up early one morning and I had a weird dream that felt so real. The next morning, I woke up and felt nauseous for only a few minutes. I drank some water and I felt better. Detox is so strange, but it is definitely out of nowhere.

    This video comes at a good time for me Eva. I’ve been feeling very unwell, and about 30lbs overweight. I’ve been eating erratically and too much of grains, sweets, etc. I’ve come to that point in my life to get back to healthy habits again.
    I’m reading Gabriel Cousens again, especially his There is a cure for diabetes which is a wonderfully scientific book that is easy to read. It’s time and I know I will have my cravings, doubts, and everything else but I want to feel good again. It’s time.

    Hi. Great video. I am glad you say outright that if you are in the raw food lifestyle for the long term, you don't recommend comfort foods, which for me would be an occasional cooked meal. For me, it would start to mean being a raw foodist really has no meaning if I'm constantly cheating. That would be okay if I only wanted to feel good, but I also want to reverse some chronic health issues, which I believe would require being highly strict and principled. Anyway, I got through Thanksgiving completely raw in spite of the masses of cooked food around me. My only lapse is my sister had no apple cider vinegar in her house so I used balsamic instead. (Do you consider balsamic a nono? I know it's not raw, but besides that, is there a reason I should avoid it?)

      Hello! First of all, congratulations on staying raw and commiting to reversing your chronic illnesses that's absolutely amazing and courageous!..
      Just dropping in cause I saw you were mentioning apple cider Vinegar and just read despite its good reputation, you want to stay away from it when healing cause it hinders the detoxification process. Please do look into Medical Medium information if you're interested especially his first book and Cleanse to heal where he goes in depth with all the foods you need to take and the no go's and why to heal chronic illnesses! This is so insightful and empowering and it's changing my Life!.. Have a wonderful healing journey! Lots of Love your way

    I'm just starting and I look so tired and crappy, besides nausea and feeling depression and old trauma's rise, the looking like crap is the hardest because people in my life are commenting on it ...especially my mom...and it makes me feel all kinds of insecure and responsible. Is it normal that for a time the face looks so tired and the hair is without shine?

    • @EvaTheRawFoodCoach
      @EvaTheRawFoodCoach  Год назад +1

      Detox can be hard and upsetting. Having said that, after a while you should start perking up. Be sure to eat a variety of foods and get enough calories. rebounding will help as will staying very well hydrated.

      @@EvaTheRawFoodCoach so nice of you to respond. The encouragement helps me. I have been focusing on juicing, but now I have watched some more of your videos and realise I have to take it the slow and steady way, raw and much variety and than maybe later on I can do a juice fast of a week or so. Nothing extreme anymore. Thank you Eva for the videos you make. 🤗

      I would be careful who you tell as you are detoxing. They will not understand as they are still stuck in a brain fog. They will not be able to empathize or encourage your journey.

    Hi Eva, I’ve been on a raw diet (70-80%) for a year and I do suffer some dizziness and weakness from time to time, but nothing too extreme. However, 2 months ago I got a throat infection that led to antibiotics prescription. Since then I have constant mucus and phlegm. I checked with the doctors and they prescribed me more antibiotics and cortisol. None really helps. The mucus stays for more than a month already. Any advice from you would be great. Thank you ❤

    • @EvaTheRawFoodCoach

      It takes forever and I day to clear mucus. I'd say get a neti pot and do that twice per day. No dairy or white food such as white rice would be helpful. Citrus and melons and grapes help too. Be patient.
