      I remember him from Regionals near Fort Lauderdale. over 30 40 years ago. he was tough then to be sure. He and Tommy Crites were Regional dominant bowlers...

    very helpful tip. Let’s me know I’m holding the ball to far to the right in my setup. And that I’m starting my swing with the ball on the outside of my swing path.

    Del Warren is awesome! My bucket list is to go to the KTC and take lessons from
    Del Warren. There is no better training center. Del Warren too is a great coach.

    can you talk about the crossover step? if the ball replaces the leg then the leg must crossover? or, does the hip bend/shoulder tilt care for that (getting the leg out of the way without an intentional crossover step)?

    • @KegelTrainingCenter
      @KegelTrainingCenter  5 лет назад +4

      You definitely need the crossover steps. This is how you want to create the slot for the ball to stay on the line of play.

      You can send us a video to: ktc@kegel.net or share it on something like google drive. We will have one of the coaches look at it and send you some feedback.

    When5 I throw the ball I always throw across my body any suggestions how to fix this will this work?

    • @KegelTrainingCenter
      @KegelTrainingCenter  5 лет назад +2

      Usually crossing over the body is related to the swing going around the hips. I would first video and see where the ball path goes offline then work on checking the body alignment and tilt to see how what is causing the ball to get off the line of play.

    Like in golf everyone swing is different. All that matters is where it ends up. I start with the arm straight down by my side and do very well. Average around 210

    would this be the same for someone bowling from a wheelchair?

    • @KegelTrainingCenter
      @KegelTrainingCenter  6 лет назад +3

      For a wheelchair bowler you would want to try to accomplish the same thing and get the ball as close to under the shoulder as you can. Normally by angling the chair and leaning over the arm you can accomplish the same fundamentals.

      it requires a tremendous amount of practice to get good, physically at bowling, then at the highest levels it becomes a mental game too.

      No, bowling is easy. Bowling WELL is hard.

    • @BRBallin1
      @BRBallin1 6 лет назад +5

      Hooking the ball and striking is hard. I throw straight and average a 150. Getting more than 150 requires almost all spares or a streak of strikes

      @insiderbowlingtips Granted, you may have great tips, or you may not (I haven't viewed any of your content, so I can't judge it). But it looks like you are trying to SPAM another youtuber that has the same subject matter that you have, by you posting the exact same text multiple times in the same thread.
