I was pretty sure that was the model you were playing and have been admiring it for a while but again I appreciate you clarifying. Did I also see you playing the “studio” version of the guitar in some of your videos or am I remembering wrong?

@@CC-qb9sm Yes, that’s right. I’ve had the Studio version for a few years, and decided to get a Standard as well more recently. They do sound and feel a little different. The Studio sounds fine with .011 gauge strings, which helps when I play lead guitar. I think the Standard sounds best with .012 gauge. The neck profiles are slightly different. I had a J45, but found I was hurting my right shoulder - they’re big and fat. The Standard sounds quite like the J45, although a little quieter, which is fine with me.

On this guitar I have .012 gauge strings.

@@RocknRollSongbook how the heck are you able to solo on an acoustic guitar with high strings, I do chuck songs and other stuff, all I really play is acoustic gigs, but I find it hard to do lead on the acoustic guitar. I come from Heavy Metal, Trash Metal, back ground by the way.
