Tangled is definitely a big turning point for Disney where they tried really hard to not make "boy movies" and "girl movies" and weirdly enough it worked....but I don't know what that says about our society. Marketing!

i remember saying this a few years ago and i’ll say it again. we will support any kind of content you give us. we love you + whatever you like to make. so far as suggestions: maybe document things you do that keep you calm and present it artistically. vlog a special day or outing. create a song about filmwriting.

Unpopular opinion that is probably actually quite popular, but I want to see anything that you make. Literally anything. Your content is amazing.
I have some of the most insane voicemails of me just sobbing after watching ladybird. Like just full on have a meltdown about my life and what I was and who I am. And my friend who I sent to too was like oh that’s an interesting reaction.
Somehow i missed ladybird at a time when I should have watched it. And so when I did I saw the parallel between us. And I also so her learn from her life in a completely different way.
