    I have an x1 and love it.last year bought a skyline and sliped on the rocks and made bits of it .x1 is great rod value and will not break the bank if you slip .x1❤

      Same, love my X1! Best spent ~$80 in a long time, fairly sensitive, decent casting distance and quite light. Only thing I really dislike is handle which is fairly comfortable but also quite short for my massive hands, even people with average sized hands could find it a bit short, both the bottom part and around reel seat.

      @MarcinKantor  24 дня назад

      That's interesting, haven't heard that before. What model do you use?

    • @burneracc2567
      @burneracc2567 24 дня назад

      772H, 16 - 54g I use it to target zander and pike, and my biggest pike on it so far was 3.6kg. I've also tried my friend's Totem and Black Swan, also great rods for the money. Black Swans are a bit out of my price range tho but still, very nice.

      The 77 would have a short enough handles being short rods. The 85s would have a longer handle. The BS is a whole different level, highly recommended 👌

    Please go into the details on the black swan range, particularly in the MC Seabass Custom MC edition, would love to hear the thoughts and comparisons

    • @MarcinKantor
      @MarcinKantor  15 дней назад

      I'll do a more detailed video on the BS. I have seen Marc's this but I haven't fished with it so can't compare. It's a beautiful rod and I'm sure it fishes very well , but again as per the video, it's impossible to currently make a better black than Black Swan and there is a noticeable price difference between the two

    I rate the new skyline at 7ft for soft plastics - Was this filmed in spring or are those sea pinks late ?😂

    Why lift a Bass out of the water by its lower jaw? The fish is designed to have its body weight suspended in water. NOT have its entire body weight suspened by its lower jaw. Madness, if you really care about them.

    Do you think they will produce another cork handle skyline tz?

      There's nothing in the planning right now. It's not too say it won't happen again

    I have both the rods... skyline tz 862l 5-18g and black swan 852m 6-24g. Sincerly speaking I prefer skyline tz... It is mutch better for long casting...The lures fly like rockets, the action and sensitivity are superb... For me skyline Tz is a best rod ever made...I hope to see a Skyline TZ built with T1100G carbon or better and cork handle one day..

    • @MarcinKantor
      @MarcinKantor  2 месяца назад +1

      I don't disagree with you! I was really sad to see the TZ discontinued and I'm trying to convince Ivan to refresh the range. They are different action. I love extra fast action too, the black Swan are fast action. With that said the BSW action seems to be easier to use by more anglers. Not everyone likes the extra fast rods as much as me or you

      @@MarcinKantorI love the top level extra fast rods.... If you will be able to convince Ivan... I will immediately buy the new Skyline TZ with "closed eyes" (strictly with cork handle of course :-D... )
      I'm absolutny sure also that there are a lot people who will do the same...

    bring out a 4 piece/travel model and i'd buy one in a heartbeat. i come from fly fishing where all rods are 4 piece nowadays. wouldn't buy anything 2 piece today.

      @barlow2976 fine. I nearly always buy 4 piece for fly and lure.

      The travel rods are really short. 9 ft is my go-to length for bass and pike.

    Hi Marcin. I used to like your videos that were about fishing. We supported Ukraine at the start of the new invasion. You're selling rods now. 😢Thumbs down.

      Thanks the the feedback Dave. I do prefer fishing videos myself but it's not to say I cannot do a video explaining rods. Always try to help fellow anglers, if they can get a much better rod for a fraction of a cost of others, it would not genuine for me not to say that 👍

      How stupid can you be? Surely if you support Ukraine then you would want to see cash flow in their economy! I’m not political but can vouch for the rods 100%. first Ukrainian products I’ve ever purchased!
