C9 AND FNTC have both created amazing strats but what separates them from each other is FNTC knows how create counter-strats for the ones they make (Counter for half shields is odin-wallbang spamming)both
I always wait for your videos. I especially am amazed of how NRG used C9's own strats with their own twist. Wow!! I also saw NRG just open doors constantly against NAVI 😆😆 Love this team.
hey platoon, ive a question about the viability of neon. i understand that “space creating duelists” are more valuable than “running in with the team duelists” (jett, raze>phx, reyna), but why dont we see neon a lot in maps other than fracture and lotus? she is a space creator and her kit/ult is very strong when well supported (breach stuns, viper ult, harbor ult, skye dog as mentioned multiple times in this video etc..)
Right now, the meta is just that Jett dominates on every OP map, and Raze is better than Neon on most of the others. Most notably, her lack of vertical mobility means she gets one tapped in high elo. In addition, Nade and Boombot make more space than Wall (which is not too good in double controller meta) and Stun (which has always been kinda weak)
Like Eco said, Jett dominates on OP maps: this is because the dash is a much faster escape from dangerous positions than any other ability in the game. Raze, also like Eco said, has better space-making capabilities: unlike Neon's wall, Raze's utility not only makes space for herself to push, but it also pushes enemies back actively (because of the damage potential).
Other commenters make good points! To add onto that Neon is most often seen in maps where pace is very important and you can use the stun effectively. Other than Lotus, we often saw her on Haven or Fracture where Breach was a popular choice (so obviously Neon's stun will be good) and attackers can out-rotate defenders quickly. This is probably why we weren't seeing Neon as much on maps like Icebox or Breeze.
Aside from the other answers, two major factors for her (theoretical) viability are Chamber and Fade. Her speed and kit are very good at contesting/denying Chamber angles. Fade's kit clears a lot of areas, which can allow a Neon to aggressively take space easier. Both agents got substantial nerfs, which led to her low pick-rates (and getting shooed away from Haven and Fracture comps). Her having a kinda high skill ceiling does not help too.
I think what u also forgot to mention is that they not only beat C9 using there strats but also beat FUR on THERE OWN CUSTOM COMP. They had a few days on both comps and they beat both teams on it LOL fns and chet forever on top ig
It's like letting your friend copy off you for a test and they end up getting one more mark than you
seems like ur the victim this issues XD

@@puthandleherebut at the highest level, skill sealing should not even be considered
The ultimate "COPY" ability 🔥🔥🔥
your video is the best (good luck and don't give up)
Really wish they had done that in Champions this year
