@GearheadGlam have you been to Iowa? There is NO charging. That means your paying 5k to 17k extra. We only have 4 tesla chargers you can't use at an airport.
@@TempoLOOKING No, I haven't been to Iowa, but that sounds like a frustrating situation. Hopefully more charging options become available in the future.
@GearheadGlam no. It's not just us. Illinois,Kansas, and Missouri all are EV deserts for most of the states. Elon is not building more charging. EA is shit. No one even sells EVsl. Even big cities like New York need more chargers. Worse Biden and the EPA forcing BEVs. I'm. In the GEV and GYEV camps. We had 30 years to switch to CNG. Yet Ford stopped making there trucks on the USA. Tuktuks still do. GM had 3 EVs and killed them all. Yet they were saved from Bankruptcy. Steam was not allowed to evolve after Doyle's death. Frisker can get funding to fail..but not the Tarta.
Compressed air tank will be quite challenging to stuff all over the car to get any usable volume and anyone who ever used high-pressure compressor to fill scuba tank knows these are maintenance intensive due to need to separate moisture from air being compresed,so the regenerative compression and car built in compressor will be an interesting . Also interesting will be collision protected tanks , as when scuba tanks go pop inside of a car they open up a car like bomb went off.
yes this should work . i designed a compressed air go kart years ago . i always wanted to make a car version but money and time are always an issue not to mention nefarious men showing up with sunglasses in a black sedan just before you die of a heart
Compressed air is best in big trucks because it takes a large volume but doesn't add weight, trains will be ideal , another advantage a Compressed air engine in conjunction with fuel is 3 times more powerful, the reason is a 2 stroke without the compression wich take 40% of a ice engine.
Jet engines might not be the best fit for every situation. There are various factors that go into choosing the right type of engine for different applications.
Would you prefer purchasing a Compressed Air Engine Car over an EV?
Yes
@@TempoLOOKING Interesting, may I ask why?

Thanks for sharing your insights on compressed air tanks in cars!
Yes I would be interested in a compress air Driven car or truck.

Yes, but will your development DESTROY all others?!! :-) Cant wait to fit air tank to my 2002 WJ Jeep Grand Cherokee.....
👍
Could you share source please? Merci
Just for you, I'll have my detective squirrel find the source and deliver it to you!
Never going to happen. Whatever they are SAYING, what Stellantis are DOING is launching and producing lots of EVs.
It's always interesting to see how actions speak louder than words in the automotive industry.
With the only downside being that your exhaust will sound like a cartoon party balloon deflating while flying across the room... 🎉
😏👍
Why are they not using jet engines powered
Banned.

@@GearheadGlam .....?
@@TempoLOOKING A easier choice of words would probably have been banned. Haha but you're right it is.
If they using def it gone be junk
