Those two guys are impressive. I tried to play the trumpet in middle school and I could never get the hang of it. I quit after a few months and instead joined Percussion and stayed there to this day. Props to these two guys for daring to play this on the tuba.

Yes, they are physically two different instruments, but they play in the same register and both serve as the lowest instrument of the band. Both tubas and sousaphones can also be Bb instruments and Eb instruments. Idk that much about tubas tho. Also, tubas are typically used in concert bands but replaced with sousaphones in marching bands because you cannot March with a tuba
Dr Kid, I mean, you COULD march with a Tuba, it's not impossible, but it would just be very physically straining since you would have to carry the Tuba with your arms rather than distribute the weight between your shoulders as you do with a Sousaphone.
