A word to the wise. Don't bother with this company. Their voIP (voice over IP) application for Window desktop and their mobile phone app are completely unreliable. We have automatic payments made for our nextiva voIP service but they insist on logging you out of your phone and desktop application. This is crazy. Many times I got hrs without a call to then realize I've been logged out of the Nextiva mobile phone app. This is completely insane! Imagine having an AT&T or T-Mobile phone service where you are logged out every month without notifying you! That's the nextiva experience. Their Windows desktop application is even worse. You can't believe how many times I've seen "Opps something went wrong" message. When this happens you have to call support and they do something in the back end to make it work again. The application is a Windows app that uses HTML for the phone service. It's very slow and the interface is not intuitive. And the beauty of the application is like the phone you are logged out from it unexpectedly. So basically if you are running a business using Nextiva voIP be prepared to baby sit the application so that you don't lose any phone calls. You basically live is a state of fear because you are always thinking of "am I logged out of the phone?". To make it worse on the mobile app, when you are logged out and you want to log back into it you can't use your finger to log back in. It's not supported. We are still on Nextiva but we are looking for a new voIP company that doesn't have theses issues.
