Please mention affordable VoIP options for small businesses and solopreneurs. The features of the VoIP options you mentioned are too expensive for my needs.
Hi MagnusHarley. First and foremost thank you for watching the video. All of the providers mentioned in this video are sought after and purchased by solopreneurs and small businesses (averaging 1-8 users) on an almost daily basis here in our office. Vonage being probably the most sought after in this video by folks who only have 1-2 persons in the organization. That being said, if you're saying ALL of these in the video are to high for your business, that's understandable, however I can tell you from personal experience, finding a provider cheaper than these mentioned in today's video may have a negative affect, such as bad service, bad or non existent customer service, and early cancellation. Be very vigilant in NOT picking a provider simply because the cost is "to good to be true".
@@RichTechnologyGroup Thanks for the insight! Personally, I've found budget-friendly alternatives that work well for small businesses and solopreneurs. In my experience, they're both cost-effective and suitable, without compromising on service quality or customer support. It's important to explore various options that align with specific needs and not just opt for something because it seems "too good to be true." Appreciate the video recommendation, and I'll continue exploring suitable alternatives for my business.
I'll stick with ViaTalk. Been with them ~ a decade now. Web UI bit basic and ugly but some advanced features are in there. Especially for in terms of blocking and call forwarding. Ability to block specific # patterns is huge in reducing robocalls. Among the cheapest (though the whole resub pricing system is a bit annoying). As a smaller service had some server issues starting out. But those have long been sorted and stable for years now. Annoyingly, never could get faxes to work with it. Not saying it's the best service, but I'm satisfied with it.
Rich, when will you ever find out that ringcentral, vonage, and nextiva isn’t the only VOIP provider out there? There are so many cheap alternatives but look at you. Selling all these consumers overpriced systems for YOUR benefit. Horrible business model
Actually that is quite an incorrect assumption. 2 reasons why: 1. We based the ones we talk about the most, based on what Google and RUclips's actual DATA shows people are searching for the most. We have access to that DIRECT Google data, so we create content talking about pros, cons, features, etc etc based on what the data shows people are literally searching for the most to learn more about. 2. There are several other providers we do work with that pay HUGE payouts, such as Five9, Talkdesk, NiceInContact and Genesys that pay BIG BIG payouts, but if what you're saying is true, why aren't we talking about those guys in most of our videos, because if your theory is CORRECT, than we should be talking MORE about the ones I mentioned above, which would pay me enough to retire early? Finally, we have worked with thousands of clients who enjoy our content and appreciate the free consultations because they know, we are in a position where we don't personally care which provider pays what, or how much, we simply speak on and recommend the ones people want and like the most based on Google data and market research. That has quite literally been our business model since day one. If you disagree with it, NO problem! That's your right and simply your opinion as it's a DATA DRIVEN business model and always has been. 👍

Hi, I sent you an email. Thankyou in advance!
Vonage text messaging has been down
Yes, unfortunately this has been a BIG problem for many customers. We are going to do a video about the recent news surrounding this very soon!

@@MagnusHarley Which alternative providers did you find?

@@RichTechnologyGroup That is NOT what users are searching for the most. These search results are what Google *provides* the most. Because Ad Money.
So what else is there then? I used Ringcentral about 15 years ago, they were great at the time but I would not consider them now.
