Some of the instructions are not complete. The commitment form is NOT for online users. The KRA online user guide page is not working (error 404). I want to use the online version. Yet the commitment form is mandatory but how can I commit to something I am not going use (application/devices) . Or maybe I am missing something? Please help a #ConfusedTaxPayer
