RED, WHITE AND BLUE DESSERT TRIFLE

Sweet and airy from scratch angel food cake, and homemade whipped cream with fresh berries make this dessert trifle a decadent treat!
You'll need:
eggs
sugar
flour
cream of tartar
heavy cream
vanilla
strawberries
blueberries

I'll try to Trifle for my Birthday (July 24th), but for me, it isn't July 4th without Watermelon. As a kid, part of the Fun was spitting the seeds like a Gatling gun!
What would happen if I substituted half the Whipping Cream with Softened Cream Cheese?
