  • This video is a super quick and tasty lasagna shown two different ways. Classic lasagna with pasta sheets and no pre-cooking for assembly. There's also a keto / low carb version, filled with veggies in place of pasta. Whether you prefer the classic or keto version, both are delicious and take a minimal amount of prep. Allow about one hour from prep to dinner table for a super easy weeknight meal.
    For classic lasagna, you'll need:
    Ground turkey, pork or beef
    Italian sausage
    lasagna sheets (the ones that don't require precooking)
    mozzarella cheese
    tomato sauce
    diced tomatoes
    Italian seasoning
    For keto / low carb lasagna, you'll need:
    Ground turkey, pork or beef
    Italian sausage
    fresh spinach
    shredded carrots
    chopped broccoli
    zucchini spirals
    mozzarella cheese
    tomato sauce
    diced tomatoes
    Italian seasoning

    To Paraphrase a Will Rogers Quote, "I never met a Lasagna I didn't like".
    When I remove the Aluminum, That's when I add the Garlic Bread to the Oven (under the Lasagna so the Bread Crisps better).
