How long do you wait to put the top layer of jello on. Or I should say how long do you let it cool . If you pour it directly on the cool whip looks like to me it would melt it

Place in the freezer for 30-60 min so the cool whip freezes slightly on top. Make sure the top layer jello is cooled before you pour it into

I use condensed milk and unflavored gelatin for the white so that it's all uniform.
