50 counts of yellow medical tips at 5 batches per minute filled into blisters. This is Dual Batchmaster IV 50mm 5 gate counters with Dual lane conveyor, articulating chute, and tooled pucks. This shows our standard dual lane conveyor running pucks that hold different sizes of blisters or clamshells. The pucks have been tooled to hold different container shapes and sizes. The operator only needs to turn the puck over to run a different size or shape container. This system also uses a articulating chute for filling the pucks with out spilling product or jamming of product that sticks out of the container with the puck is cycles.
