- Monthly walking tour of Seattle's Pike Place Market continues. This narrated walking tour takes place on the last Sunday of April 2021. The focus of this tour is the lower levels of the market. See what businesses are located on the 2 lower floors of Seattle's #1 tourist destination.
Besides showing you the lower levels, the tour also includes the first Starbucks and Gum Wall. By the way, while some folks might like to refer to market at Pike's Place or Pike's Place Market, the correct name is Pike Place Market.
Pike Place Market looks like it's heating up as we approach summer. Let's see what it looks like in the warmer months ahead. See you in May!

The lower levels of Pike Place Market reminds me of Freighthouse Square in Tacoma. Lots of neat little shops.

I found it! Thanks for taking me to the lower levels of the market. Don't know how I missed it the first time! It's been a year and I need to get back. I'm having withdrawals!! lol
We are going to the two lower levels at Pike Place Market on this one! ☕️✌️

Thanks so much for your videos of my hometown of Seattle. I'm on the east coast and won't be able to visit home until next April or so. Until then, it helps to have a way to virtually walk around home.
I love your vlogs of Seattle I don't go out there as much as I use to love seeing what has been updated and showing new spots to visit
Thank you for uploading this video. I visited the city in 2017 and the city was so beautiful at night.
If you are going to Space Needle, I would appreciate it if you can upload a view of it.
I have a video of the Space Needle that uploaded a few days ago. Feel free to check it out. Thank you for watching.
Hi, Lao! Thank you for all your Seattle vlogs, giving me vivid views of how Seattle looks like. I booked to visit the city three times, but postponed due to the pandemic. Now's my fourth, and glad to know Seattle is in Phase 3! Now I'm excited to roam all over, hoping to see you there!
Thank you for watching and commenting and see ya on the streets of Seattle soon! 😉

Thank you... going to Seattle for the weekend and this gives me a good idea of crowds and lines. Do you think it’s more crowded on a Saturday?
Thanks for the video. I am taking my family to Seattle for vacation. Do you think August or September would be a good month to go ?? Also where would be a good place to stay ( what area ) in order to be close to most attractions ??
Both months are great
Last month when I was in Seattle with my daughters I bought the Tommy album for my grandson from Holy Cow and got a beautiful amythyst crystal from that one crystal shop.I love Seattle 💖😎
😊
Love the monthly Pike Place walk through! Hate the gum wall 🤮...but love everything else. 😁😁👍
😬
LOVE YOUR CONTENT! I also appreciate the tourist guide vibes. Lol Only request is pls don't turn the camera so quickly? Hubby and i had to look away a couple of times. Otherwise your videos made me feel positive about moving to Seattle soon.
Awesome video bro by any chance are you going to Bremerton and silverdale to do a video like your tours around Seattle? That would be awesome
Would love to someday soon
pike place, not plural, lets see the new walkway on union to waterfront, see you next time
My friends and I came out on your blog!! We're the 3 girls taking pictures at the Gum Wall 😂
Oh hi! Hope you all had fun! 🤘
@@LaoOcean we did! Thanks for the cool video
@@espicasillas Great to hear!
Is Pike place open during the week?
Yes 👍
Thanks!
I watched your videos before our trip, that was us at the gum wall 😂
Thanks for watching! So did you like the gum wall, or did you think it was nazzzty?! 😁
We liked it 👍🏻
Just got back from the tulip festival today, I was pronouncing Skagit wrong lol 😂
😂😂😂
👍🏼👍🏼
I didn’t like your fast pace walking, panning the camera around fast made me nauseous seems your in a hurry just to get it done; would like to see the waterfront and its changes, before and after. Other than that I would have watched to the end.
To expand on this thought., there are some 500 permanent residents at PIKE PLACE MARKET. HOW COOL IS THAT ENVIOUS OF THAT WORLD OF PEOPLE., THEY WOULD BE A WEALTH OF KNOWLEDGE.,TALK WITH ONE PLEASE., WOULD BE GOOD IDEA PER SHOW., KEEP IT REAL LIKE YOU CAN ONLY DO 💯 PER CENT ALL THE WAY. IN MY CULTURE THAT MEANS YOUR PRODUCT LINE IS 👌. THANKS FOR TAKING ON LOWER LEVELS HAVEN'T BEEN THERE SINCE 73 MAN ., MANY YEARS AGO. THEY CALL THAT REALITY
Gentrification the market used to be grimier
good video going slow was able to see then you started going faster and missing lots of stuff i give it 7.5 out of 10
I like the rating system 😂
t
thanks for pointing that out, it's Pike place market not Pike's, seattle lites hate that as much as cap hill, it's capitol hill
👍
You don't realise it's Seattleites, though.
@@markfox1545 old school settle natives, don't like "cap hill" it sounds stupid like Pike's pace market or Elliot's bay, there is no elliot'that owns elliot bay
Pretty colorful but ewww.
😂
