Great catches! Nice take off shot of that Empty coal train in Prescott. Its my understanding that those colored panels indicate that there is a rotary coupler on that end of the car. Lets them dump the coal out without un hooking.
I hope that I dont come off as a 'know at all" cause I still have a lot to learn too. I just want to share with you guys.
