Is the old hall still in the main drag, mid 60s we played there so many times, some of the big names before they got going also did, sometimes we needed help clear all the jumble sale stuff out before we could set up. My godmother lived there too, lived to a 100, beautiful lady, always looked after me.

Remove the fast food outlets and the charity shops and there's not much left.
Former Debenhams site is now a budget shop, liberty got no life in it, specialised trade shops shut,new pound shops put in, area demography changed
