Super shady using the tv show to get free design work when the surely knew they were never going to use it as a rental, seeing as they dropped this video the day after the show aired.
I don't think the owners get the design work completely for FREE. Why should the production of the show pay for that ? It's like Love it or List It, where the owners PAY for the renovations.
@@donpazer Actually, many of the shows on HGTV provide FREE design work for shows like this, some of which actually state it during the show. In fact the shows do all sorts of things at little or no cost to the property owner and get numerous things donated at no cost from vendors (flooring, appliances, +++) because of the product placement (and therefore advertising). As you stated yourself, you don’t “think” it, but you also don’t KNOW it.
So did it ever sell ?
And I know it's beautiful, but $2.8 million seems a bit steep.
