That’s amazing how you can do that in what looks like Solid Works. When I use Solid Works it crashes on me all the time.

      Thanks!
Be sure that you have the minimum required RAM for SolidWorks.

Have you tried designing for thinwall?

Yes, actually I designed the outer shell and inner ribs with 0.8mm of thickness, so each one gets printed with two pass of a 0.4mm extruder.

@@dynamixsystems for better strength you should try a .8 mm extrusion width and just one pass with .4 mm nozzle it squashes out the plastic and can increase layer adhesion it doesn't always work but something you should definitely try

information a main wing is supposed to have a load-bearing main spar, located at THIRTY percent of chord. along with secondary spars, at the leading and trailing edges.!
CF tube is not a good choice for a main spar. CF is heavy and it's dom cannot be optimized. distribution of mass. consequently, the use of CF makes a wing heavier and causes its span-wise dom to be less stable. CF should also NOT be used as leading/trailing edge components.!!!!!

Thank you so much, I had no Idea about this.
I'll study about this topics and modify the model...

What is "Dom". Im trying to understand why a CF tube is no good. Lots of songs have them in RC.
