    Did 25 reps with 85 kgs once. Had severe soft tissue pain due to substantial imbalances. Not my cup of tea. Hats off to Mr. Mann.

    I saw lots of challengers. None of them is able to complete all of them in the correct form. Guru Maan sir's posture is same from first to last rep. Respect!

    105 kg 34 reps and no 60kg 47 reps respect guru sir..I lost because I am able to do 8 reps only with 105 kg .thankyou for making it light sir now it's almost for everyone....60 kg I will try for 15-20 reps...

    Mene 60kgs kgs ke 1st set pe 21reps kiye, 2nd set pe 27reps kiye(with proper posture) I'm vegetarian and don't use any kind of supplements also. My body weight is 60.3kgs,24years

    bhaiyon, please don't participate in this.
    Deadlift meii zyada repetitions se it can lead to dizziness and possible injury, the same way gurumann ko last rep meii hua. Please, please don't harm yourself over a challenge guys. Don't compete with people that have years of lifting experience, even if they encourage you to.

      Very correct. It is better to keep it in the range of 3-5 reps for the Big 3 and OHP especially for Men. Women can keep better form than Men so they can do these a little higher number of reps. These are very much damaging to the Tendons and Ligaments even if the weight is light.
