bhaiyon, please don't participate in this. Deadlift meii zyada repetitions se it can lead to dizziness and possible injury, the same way gurumann ko last rep meii hua. Please, please don't harm yourself over a challenge guys. Don't compete with people that have years of lifting experience, even if they encourage you to.
Very correct. It is better to keep it in the range of 3-5 reps for the Big 3 and OHP especially for Men. Women can keep better form than Men so they can do these a little higher number of reps. These are very much damaging to the Tendons and Ligaments even if the weight is light.
