Brooke Jenkins named San Francisco's new district attorney

- San Francisco Mayor London Breed appointed Brooke Jenkins as the city's new district attorney after a historic recall that forced Chesa Boudin out of office, the mayor's office confirmed. Some opponents of the recall are calling Jenkins an insider pick and don't want to go backwards on criminal justice reform.

If they got a D at the end of their name it’s not the answer. For example she’s already injecting wokeness by saying people are being attacked by who they are. No.., by in large people are being attacked because the criminal sees an opportunity to gain something material from them like money.
If we want to fix this city and California it’s simply we have to remove all democrats and recall all of them. Until that happens the city and state will just keep rolling around in cycles and the root of the problem doesn’t get fixed.

I’m so glad she was selected. I hope she reinstates the bail system and starts locking up criminals. Citizens have a right to be safe. Reform to these complainers in these interviews like things as they are. Citizens collectively are over it, murderers, sexual predators and other violent criminals need to be locked up period.
Putting people back in jail is what we need. We don't need these repeat offenders to be out on the streets with a slap on the wrist.

You know, maybe we should build more prisons. A LOT more prisons. If you take a city like San Fran and lock about 30k of the city thugs and throw away the key, I think it would make an impact. Also, let the cops use violent force to stop shoplifters. Something has to be done.

Brooke Jenkins seems very genuine. When she spoke at the Town Hall Justice Against Asian Elders, her voice actually started shaking in empathy for what was going on in the AAPI community. I hope she gets the support she needs and is truly committed to SF.
