I've literally been on an intensive care unit after attempting suicide,waking up out of a coma, after been in cardiac arrest and sat there laughing at ksi videos, I swear on my mother that's true, i remeber because i had wireless headphones in and the nurses were looking at me like wtf haha his personality is just magnetic. i hope you feel better soon, one day soon you will be somewhere you love having the time of your life, from someone who has nearly died attempting to take my life, try to break the cycle, therapy, medication, exercise, nature, eat hot food, try to keep hygiene routine, reduce social media, reduce how much you use your phone, stay away from alcohol, porn and any vices, little steps and routine bit by bit make changes, only you can make the steps dont sit in your misery, its easy to say but hard to do but it's all down to you to make the steps, fight my brother. most importantly don't sleep in the day and have a good routine. It won't be all of these things but just figure out what's wrong and steps in how to improve even with trauma there are steps to take.
