I'm using:
- Shadowed Unit Frames (download via Curseforge) for my party frames and to track PI, Rashok and Aug buff. Here is my custom profile - justpaste.it/d...
- Hijack's Priest Weak Aura to track abilities, cooldowns etc in centre of screen. I've made some cosmetic adjustments - wago.io/745b2aO99
- To track POM cooldown - wago.io/VJ7AJj... (with some cosmetic adjustments)
- To track Rashok's - wago.io/3doW74... (with some cosmetic adjustments)
- Neatplates (Theme 'Quatre') for mob nameplates
- Deadly Boss Mods (DBM) for announcements, mob abilities, timer bars etc

How many times do you use renew? I often spam it, but idk if it is correct. Cause it reduce the CD of holy words and can proc surge of light. A question: also thicks of renew can proc surge of light?
Basically never! Like, never ever! It just isn't efficient. Have a look at Wowhead and Icyveins for M+ rotations and the spells you should be spamming on cool down (e.g. Prayer of Mending).

I started using addon called helium is it worth it or another better and why
I've never heard of that one! Vuhdo is probably the most popular healing addon, with lots of set up guides on RUclips. I prefer just party frames with Clique though, which is a similar end result ☺️
